What time does VBS start and end?

VBS begins every night at 6:30pm. The doors will open at 6:15pm for drop-off. VBS ends every night at 8:30pm.

Does my child need to bring anything?

Although they may be ask to bring things to earn points, your child is not required to bring anything to participate.

Is it okay if we can't make it every night?

Absolutely! We would love to see your child at every night possible, but understand the busyness of the modern family schedule. Below you can find the memory verses they will be working on so that your child can stay up to date, even if they miss a night.

Where do I drop off my children?

Please bring your child in through the main doors and to the registration table.. After confirmation of registration, your child will be directed to the general assembly in the auditorium. As a parent or guardian, you may feel free to sit and observe everything as long as your presence is not a disruption to the class, the children, or your child.

Where do I pick up my children?

Dismissed from the auditorium. Please let the worker standing outside the auditorium know the name of your child, so they can dismiss them at the next break in the closing activities.

How does my child earn points?

Your child can earn points for their team through attendance, bringing their Bible, bringing guests, wearing their team colored shirt, bringing their SBT bag, participating in our nightly theme and saying their Bible verses from memory.

Do I have to pay anything?

VBS is free to your children and any of their guests! Each night we will be taking up a penny offering to be sent to a missionary working overseas. There is no pressure to participate.

Do I need to pre-register?

Pre-registration is not a requirement, you can register at the door on every night.
Pre-registration will save you time at check-in and helps us ensure that each class is adequately staffed. Please help us plan by registering!

What are points for?

Points are used to have a friendly competition between two teams. Every child who attends will be assigned to a team and have an opportunity to earn points for his or her team.

When is Family/Carnival Night?

We will be having a family/carnival night and closing performance on Friday, July 18th at 6:30pm. We would like to invite you and all of your family and friends to come on out to hear your child sing the songs and recite the Bible verses that they have learned. Immediately after the service we will be having a family fun time complete with hotdogs, popcorn, games, a dunk tank, pony rides, and a few inflatables! All are welcome and all is provided free of charge.

Will the church run a bus route?

We will NOT be running a bus route.
